We work closely with our long-term clients to keep them updated with the latest changes or updates to this type of legislation such as the recent introduction of Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards for UK buildings or Scottish Section 63 Action plans.
We specialise in providing energy surveys and assessments that are required under UK legislation arising from the European Performance of Buildings Directive or EPBD. We provide TM44 air conditioning inspections, Energy Performance Certificates and Display Energy Certificates to our diverse range of clients on a UK wide basis.
KTIC Solutions enjoy working with our clients to help them comply with legislation but also reduce their carbon consumption and energy spend, we are able to provide in-depth ESOS compliance including transport audits and lead assessor sign off.
